Our Refund and Returns Policy ensures that you can return or exchange items when necessary, with clear guidelines for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Conditions for Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for a return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.Some items, for health and hygiene reasons, may not be eligible for return, including cosmetics, jewelry, personalized items, and intimate apparel. If there is a defect in these items, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@glamxflair.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following details:- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return (e.g., damaged, incorrect size, changed mind, etc.)
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return your items, including a return shipping address. If the return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or damage during shipping), we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to customer preference (e.g., size exchange, change of mind), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges

Exchanging Products:
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style. To request an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at info@glamxflair.com. If the item you wish to exchange is in stock, we will proceed with the exchange as quickly as possible. -
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items:
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will facilitate an exchange. In most cases, we will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the product is no longer in stock, we will discuss alternative solutions, including a refund.
Refunds
